Custom Home Builders, Quality Homes Win State Awards

Columbia, SC -- The Home Builders Association of South Carolina recently awarded the prestigious Pinnacle Awards to home builders, remodelers, and other home building industry professionals across the state during the Eighth Annual Celebration of Excellence awards banquet held on Hilton Head Island last week. More than 19 awards were awarded to new homes and remodel project entries that exhibited outstanding craftsmanship in the construction of quality homes. Price points for these entries ranged from $200,000 to more than $5 million.
Sales and Marketing awards were also given to those entries that exhibited exceptional design and delivery of the message.
While a Pinnacle Award was given to the entry that achieved the highest score in each category, finalist awards were also given to entries that were exceptional in the judges’ eyes.

The Pinnacle Award was given to Southern Builders of York County, Inc. of the HBA of York County for the Lesslie Residence.

The Home Builders Association of York County (HBAYC) is a trade organization comprised of local home builders in the Rock Hill and York County, South Carolina area. York County is located just south of the Charlotte, North Carolina Metropolitan Area.

The mission of The Home Builders Association of York County (HBAYC) is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry, and to promote policies at the local level that will keep housing a local priority. The majority of our members are home builders and remodelers. The remainder of The Home Builders Association of York County (HBAYC) membership consists of associates working in related fields, such as, mortgage, finance and building products and services within the housing industry.
